The renovated and handsomely appointed banquet and function rooms are perfectly equipped with an array of facilities and capabilities to enhance any event.

The Warwick New York Hotel boasts 7000 square feet of meetings space with a total of seven fully equipped rooms of varying dimensions to suit all get-togethers. In addition, the pre-function lounge and several elegantly appointed guest suites (few with private terrace) offers unique alternatives to our meetings facility. The functions rooms are ideally located separate from the Lobby and guest room floors of the hotel, on the 2nd floor, with easy elevator and stairs accessibility from the hotel's Lobby. The hotel's unique Westminster Boardroom, with a capacity of up to 25, is located on the hotel's 33rd floor overlooking the corporate towers of Avenue of the Americas. What is impressive is the range and scale of functions we can cater to, from 10 to up to 400 people.

For functions of a different setting, the Warwick’s Murals on 54 Restaurant and M. Davies Room offer a unique alternative to personalise any corporate or social gathering. Both venues are located on the ground level of the hotel and provide formal or casual settings, based on your specific needs. M. Davies Room can also be reconfigured to accommodate meetings with varying set-ups including classroom, U-shape, theatre or conference styles. For cocktail receptions, Murals on 54 can accommodate up to 125 people.
